When we receive your Application
form we will send you a Letter of
Offer/ Acceptance Notice. This
notice will outline the start date and
duration of your course and any
relevant fees that need to be paid,
such as tuition fees, enrolment fee,
homestay fees, airport greeting fee
and Overseas Student Health Cover
contribution (if applicable).

Please make payment in Australian
dollars to Australian Institute of
Applied Sciences (AIAS) by bank
draft, credit card, cheque or money
order, BPay or telegraphic transfer.
For speedy confirmation, please fax or
e-mail a copy of the Bank Remittance
Advice to the Institute and ask your
bank to notify us when payment has
been made.

When we receive payment for all fees
and charges specified in the Letter
of Offer/ Acceptance Notice, we will
confirm your enrolment by sending
you a receipt. If you are applying for
an Australian Student Visa you will
receive an Electronic Confirmation
of Enrolment form (ECoE), which you
must present to the nearest Australian
Embassy, Visa Office or Consulate.

Residents of some countries may
need to obtain a Pre-Visa Assessment
from an Australian Embassy or
Consulate before making payment.
